Corrections and funding updates
Send the relevant guide URL or funding-route ID, the issue and an official source link where available. Include the application deadline and source date if the correction concerns a funding call.

For access, correction, export, deletion or email-preference requests, email us from the address associated with your account where possible. We may verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information.
Complaints
Use the email above and put “Complaint” in the subject. Include your reference details and the outcome you are seeking. Formal consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and handled for redress within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Keep any supporting screenshots limited to the relevant issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full bank or card details, Aadhaar copies, beneficiary identity records or other sensitive documents through a general enquiry.
