Terms & Conditions

Terms for the public NGOGrant website.

Service and operator

NGOGrant is operated by LendLink Tech Private Limited. These terms describe the public guides and researched funding directory offered through ngogrant.in. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Anyone purchasing on behalf of an organisation must be authorised to do so and provide accurate account and billing information.

Public content and funding routes

Guides and funding research help you understand and prepare. Requirements, fees, intake routes and deadlines can change and can vary by State, authority or funder. Check the current official source before a payment, filing or application.

A listed route may be an enquiry, invitation, standing proposal channel, historical opportunity or dated call. Inclusion in the directory does not mean that every reader is eligible or that funding is available now.

Payment

Checkout must show the total payable and any applicable tax information before you confirm payment. Future price changes apply to future purchases; they do not silently increase a price you have already paid.

Your responsibilities and official decisions

You remain responsible for the facts, permissions, figures, source evidence and statements you provide, and for reviewing any document before using it.

Grant awards, tax approvals, registrations and other official decisions are made by the relevant authority or funder.

Account security and acceptable use

Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Use the service lawfully and within your authority. Do not upload unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another organisation, attempt to access another user’s records, distribute malware, circumvent access controls or disrupt the service.

Account access does not authorise credential sharing, automated bulk extraction, resale of platform access or interference with other users’ access. If account access must be restricted for abuse or security, we will explain the reason and available review route where appropriate.

Your content and platform materials

You retain rights in material you supply, subject to rights held by others. You authorise the processing needed to operate your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not resell the platform’s resource library or publish another user’s information. Official sources and external resources retain their own terms.

Availability, remedies and complaints

Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents can affect availability. Contact us if a paid feature is unavailable or materially differs from the service you purchased. Payment and service remedies are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

We do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not require you to give up a lawful consumer complaint or other remedy.

Changes and governing law

Material changes will be described before they apply, with the relevant policy or purchase date available. Changes cannot retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Applicable Indian law governs the service, without limiting the statutory rights or competent forums available to you.

For questions or complaints, use the Contact page.
