A growing NGO office needs documents that work together across governance, donations, projects, CSR proposals, reporting, finance, registration and tax evidence. The Complete NGO Documentation Toolkit combines all nine standalone document systems with additional integration resources for the handovers between them.
Editable digital document pack
One coordinated NGO document collection containing all nine standalone packs plus integration resources. It includes 60 DOCX, 10 XLSX and 30 PDF files; manual reconciliation is required.
Digital files for one organisation. Review the contents, previews and licence below.
Who this digital pack is for
NGO directors, secretaries, treasurers, programme managers and office teams that need multiple document workflows rather than one isolated format.
When this pack is useful
Choose the toolkit when several teams need the nine existing document systems and a shared handover process. The additional integration materials cover responsibilities, manual reconciliations, close routines, release records and continuity. For one immediate task, compare the relevant standalone pack first.
Exactly what is included
60 DOCX, 10 XLSX and 30 PDF resources. The full archive contains 150 files including supplementary support and metadata records. The workbooks are independent, not automatically linked.
The nine standalone packs included
- NGO Governance Meeting and Resolution System
- Donation and Donor Records System
- Grant Utilisation and Reporting System
- NGO Project Proposal and Budget Pack
- CSR Proposal and Due Diligence Pack

The workbook collection
Ten independent XLSX workbooks contain 70 sheets in total. The nine component workbooks are included, plus the integration workbook with these tabs: Dashboard, Tasks, Dependencies, Checks, Releases, Instructions. Cross-workbook reconciliation remains manual.
Guidance, licence and supporting records
The three integration-level PDFs are 00-START-HERE.pdf, LICENSE.pdf and Source-and-Applicability-Notes.pdf. The toolkit also includes these PDFs within each of the nine component packs, making 30 PDFs altogether. README and version, resource-index, validation and manifest records are also supplied. These support files are not additional editable templates.
Preview the included files
These previews come from the included version 1.0.0 files. Select an image to view it at full size. They show template layouts, not completed records.

How your NGO can use the pack
- Read 00-START-HERE.pdf and identify the document systems your organisation will actually use.
- Create working copies, assign responsibilities and fill templates only with genuine organisational records.
- Reconcile the independent XLSX workbooks manually using the integration resources; do not assume automatic data exchange.
- Review the resulting documents periodically with appropriate governing-body members, finance staff and professionals.
Illustrative office-use scenario
Example only, not a claimed customer project or field result: At month end, the same NGO may need to reconcile bank and donor records, grant expenditure, meeting approvals and publication data. The integration resources help document these handovers.
Frequently asked questions
Exactly how many files are included?
The listed resource composition is 60 DOCX, 10 XLSX and 30 PDF files. The full archive has 150 files when support and metadata records are included.
Are the workbooks linked together automatically?
No. The ten XLSX workbooks are independent. Cross-system reconciliation is manual.
Should we buy standalone packs as well?
Not for the same material. The toolkit already includes all nine standalone document packs, plus its integration resources.
Important scope and limitations
The toolkit is not an accounting platform, grant application service, tax-filing service, audit opinion or legal certification. It does not guarantee registration or funding outcomes.
Editing, delivery and licence
A non-exclusive, perpetual licence permits editing and use of the supplied version within one organisation. Its employees, governing-body members and appointed advisers may use working copies for that organisation. You may submit genuine completed outputs to donors, banks, regulators and auditors. Raw-template resale or public redistribution of the source pack is not permitted. Consultants serving multiple organisations need a licence for each client or a separately agreed licence.
Use compatible DOCX/XLSX software and check layout after editing. Keep illustrative training data separate from real records. Future updates, filing, certification and professional services are included only if expressly offered; none is promised here. This is a digital file collection, with no printed book.
Review the included resources and licence before adding this digital pack to your cart. No physical item is shipped.
