Edit with genuine details
Replace placeholders, remove sections that do not apply, and check names, dates, amounts and the authority to sign.
Check before submitting
Compare the draft with the government, funder or bank’s current requirements and obtain the approvals or review it needs.
Important checks before using a format
Where an authority prescribes an official form, the official form takes precedence over an NGOGrant template.
The trust-deed preparation sample requires State-specific professional review before execution or registration.
Templates support preparation and office consistency; they do not replace a CA, CS, advocate, auditor or other regulated professional where professional certification or representation is required.
