Corporate social responsibility funding involves more than sending a generic proposal. This NGO CSR document pack helps a team prepare for company due diligence, tailor its project narrative, organise supporting records, describe financial and delivery milestones and retain a review trail.

Read the Instructions sheet before entering data. Use the prepared input areas, keep a clean original and check results against your supporting records. Recheck any formulas and prepared ranges after changing or extending the workbook. This is an independent file, not a connected software service.
Guidance, licence and supporting records
The three PDFs are 00-START-HERE.pdf, LICENSE.pdf and Source-and-Applicability-Notes.pdf. README and version, resource-index, validation and manifest records are also supplied. These support files are not additional editable templates.

These previews come from the included version 1.0.0 files. Select an image to view it at full size. They show template layouts, not completed records.

Frequently asked questions
Does the pack include CSR-1 registration or guarantee implementing-agency eligibility?
No. CSR-1 registration and eligibility are separate matters. Verify them against applicable law and the company’s due-diligence requirements.
Does NGOGrant arrange CSR funding with this purchase?
No. This is an editable document resource, not a placement, consultancy engagement or promise of a corporate grant.
Can we send exactly the same proposal to every company?
That is not recommended. Adapt the proposal to each company’s programme priorities, eligibility rules and current submission process.
Working on a CSR bid with a long due-diligence list, such as the SBI Foundation NGO Capacity Building RFP 2026? Use the pack to put the proposal and documents in order. It does not guarantee selection.
Important scope and limitations
Do not claim CSR eligibility, corporate approval, signed partnerships or verified impacts that cannot be evidenced. Specialist routes may impose additional requirements.
Editing, delivery and licence
A non-exclusive, perpetual licence permits editing and use of the supplied version within one organisation. Its employees, governing-body members and appointed advisers may use working copies for that organisation. You may submit genuine completed outputs to donors, banks, regulators and auditors. Raw-template resale or public redistribution of the source pack is not permitted. Consultants serving multiple organisations need a licence for each client or a separately agreed licence.
Use compatible DOCX/XLSX software and check layout after editing. Keep illustrative training data separate from real records. Future updates, filing, certification and professional services are included only if expressly offered; none is promised here. This is a digital file collection, with no printed book.
Review the included resources and licence before adding this digital pack to your cart. No physical item is shipped.
